As fall emerges, baby boomers ponder health and retirement

Colorado

It’s fall already. One day it was summer, then boom, it was fall.

Laura Lee Carter blogging at the Adventures of the New Old Farts isn’t sure how it happened. Maybe, she muses, it’s that “time flies as we get older” thing.

Carter pauses in looking at the beautiful views from her Southern Colorado solar home to report on what boomer bloggers are writing about as fall is getting ready to turn into winter. It’s taking care of vision, wondering if one has bad karma, asking yourself questions after you retire to make sure you’re on track, and struggling with life’s expected and unexpected problems when you’re an older adult, and making life more peaceful by not responding to negative energy.
