National retailers with the best sales for jewelry for Valentine’s Day

ShopSavvy, a mobile app that allows consumers to compare prices, compiled sales information on jewelry from Bloomingdales, Dillard’s, J.C. Penney’s, Kohl’s, Macy’s, and Nordstrom’s to see what stores offer the best discounts for different categories of jewelry.

Key findings:

  • Macy’s offers the biggest discounts on jewelry in all three pricing categories, but the least amount of items on sale – Under $100, $101 to $499 and over $500.
  • Kohl’s has the biggest discounts in three of five categories of jewelry.
