Veterans Day this year is on 11/11/11.
To mark the occasion, many merchants, restaurants, and entertainment facilities are offering free or discounted item for active members of the military and veterans.
To celebrate Veterans Day this year, the Coupon Sherpa compiled a list of “35 Veterans Day Freebies.”
Here are 11 of the best. To get the deal, you'll usually need to show some type of military identification. You also should call ahead to make sure your local franchise is participating.

2. Chili's
