Which consumer happenings cheered you this week and which ones made you want to scream or weep?

Here are my best and worst consumer experiences this week:

My best: Getting my lawn mowed

For some reason, my lawn mowing company only mowed my lawn once last month. In some places, the grass was at least 6 to 9 inches long.

Finally, they came and mowed it. It looks great. Much better for weeding and moving the wheel barrel around.

My worst: Trying to get a doctor’s office to send a report

Months ago, I had a bone scan done. Twice I’ve called the doctor’s office to get the report send to a new doctor I’m working with to improve my bones and other issues.

So far, no luck. I’ll try again on Tuesday. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm.
