When I saw an article in Money Magazine on the top credit cards today, I was going to use it as today’s consumer tip.
However, after reading it, it looks like they were more interested in comparing features than interest rates.
For example, their recommendation for the Best Essentials is American Express Blue Cash Preferred. The annual percentage rate is 13 to 22 percent.
Check your local credit union to see if you can get a more favorable APR. Credit unions in my area offer cards with an APR of 8.75 and 10 percent.
