It was startling to read the headline on the front of Newsweek magazine: “The Recession Is Over – Good Luck Surviving the Recovery” when I was in the supermarket.
The Great Recession is most likely over, the article says, adding American consumers now need to focus on surviving what's likely to be a poky, painful recovery.
