The weather in the Seattle area on the weekend was great. I spent two afternoons working on the yard work tasks I wrote about last week.
Most of the time was spent weeding. I’m almost finished.
Monday it rained heavily and I thought it was going to rain all week. However, the forecast is for a cloudy Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with sunny weather in the 70s on Friday and Saturday.
It looks like I can finish up my yard work without getting drenched.
I had to laugh when I saw an article that said it was on things most people don’t know about getting your yard ready for winter. Most of the items it covered are on my list.
And, looking over other lists of tasks, most are fairly comprehensive. Most people know there’s more to do than weeding, raking leaves, cleaning gutters, and putting tools and hoses away.
