Today is Food Day, the nationwide celebration
for healthy, affordable, and sustainable food.
Food Day offers events consumers can
take part in such as those focusing on health, sustainable agriculture,
farmworker justice, and animal welfare.
It’s coordinated by the Center for
Science in the Public Interest, a consumer advocacy group, with an advisory
board of food movement leaders.
Events are being offered in all 50
