Boomer life goes on…

Tulip Fields With Photographer

Spring is here, although in the Seattle area, it doesn’t seem like it. It’s cold, cold, cold. And, of course, rainy.

Tomorrow, my sister and I are going to Mount Vernon, Washington to visit the tulip fields. I try to go annually because the fields are so beautiful, unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere. Vibrant pinks, purples, reds, and yellows stretching as far as you can see.

Wish us luck. We looked at the 10-day weather forecast and picked Tuesday as the best looking possibility. We’ll see if we get blue skies.

Meanwhile, boomer bloggers are at work writing about heart health, living a century, pondering who the candidates will be for the next presidential election, living in the present, starting a business, and lovingkindness meditation.
