On Easter, my sister Myrna and I will be attending the
Methodist Church near her home.
I wanted to go because it reminds me of growing up in
Chelan, Wash. My family attended the Methodist Church there. I’m thinking about
my mom and dad at Easter time. I miss them so.
We dressed up for Easter and wore hats and gloves like the
ones in the photo. That’s my dad in the photo with my sister and me.
I hope you have a joyful Easter Sunday and are able to spend
time with your family and loved ones.
Update: Unfortunately, my sister got sick, and we weren't able to go to church together. We'll to another time. I went to church in Olympia, photographed the Capitol Building, and enjoyed a walk in the beautiful sunshine in Tumwater Falls Park.
