Cooper Lighting Solutions is recalling about 39,000 All Field and Prism RGBA light fixtures. The lenses on the fixture can loosen, separate from the fixture, and fall, posing a risk of injury to people below.
Herman Miller is recalling about 2,700 Nelson and Lauki dressers and cabinets in the U.S. and about 120 in Canada. The recalled dressers and cabinets are unstable and can tip over if not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards.
