The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning consumers to immediately stop using three models of adult portable bed rails manufactured by Bed Handles Inc. These models – AJ1, BA10W, and BA11W – can create an entrapment hazard and pose a risk of asphyxia to users.
Verizon is recalling about 2.5 million Ellipsis Jetpack mobile hotspots. The lithium ion battery in the hotspots can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. Verizon has received 15 reports of overheating, including six reports of fire damage to bedding or flooring and two reports of minor burn injuries.

Lifetime Products has received a report from a consumer on 11 tables with the brace arms not properly locking into place.
Jimco Lamps is recalling about 99,000 J Hunt Home and J Hunt and Co. Accent Tables With Charging Receptacles in the U.S. and about 11,000 in Canada. The charging receptacles and/or USB ports in the tables can have an electrical issue resulting in reverse polarity.
Edsal Manufacturing is recalling about 2.2 million Muscle Rack Heavy Duty Steel Shelving Units. The shelves can fail to support the 800-pound weight load. Edsal has received seven reports of shelves bending or breaking, including one injury.
