Most Americans spend Labor Day enjoying the last days of summer.
In my community, hundreds of people came out yesterday for a Harbor Day celebration.
Boating, picnicking, hiking, and traveling are favorite activities over the Labor Day weekend.
To celebrate the Labor Day holiday, I'm going to attend our area's Labor Day Picnic. I like to take the time to stop and appreciate American workers.
Hopefully, you won't have to work today. However, with so many American jobs these days in the service industry millions of Americans will be at work on Labor Day in malls, restaurants, and fast food places.
So best wishes on this important day, which recognizes the contributions of American workers.
