Keep wearing a mask in public settings

Mask-5008645_640I went on my first walk today since last April. As I suspected, most of the people from my neighborhood who went to a nearby park weren't wearing masks.

They don't wear masks when they walk by my house. I've even had people, two of whom were walking dogs, come right up to me when I'm standing at the edge of my yard, either on the sidewalk or by a row of trees.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that people wear masks in public settings, at events and gatherings, and anywhere they will be around other people. We all still need to be concerned about covid-19.
