What are the hot spots for the Labor Day traveler for 2016?
I reviewed two-dozen websites and these cities made the lists most often:
- Miami
- Orlando
- New York City
- Las Vegas
- Chicago
- Seattle
- Washington, D.C.
- Los Angeles
- Denver
- San Francisco
Detroit turned up a couple of times, which I haven’t seen before. San Diego was also mentioned several times. Also new was Yakima, Washington. It’s becoming a nationally recognized wine destination. In addition, it’s likely to have good weather this time of year.
