Pedestrians and drivers: Beware, parking lots are dangerous places

For the second time in the last few years, I almost hit a pedestrian in the parking lot of our local co-op. A woman standing beside my car, who I saw, and the woman in my blind spot, both yelled at me. They were mad, but I couldn’t see her. I’d carefully checked my mirrors, looked out the back window, and looked over my left shoulder.

It was great to wake up today and read The New York Times, as I do every morning, and see that there were no terrible decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court announced on July Fourth. The head of the Freedom Foundation, a conservative think tank, said in an interview that the second American Revolution is underway and it will be bloodless if the Left lets it.
